Just My Thoughts and Feelings

It takes a special kind of person to risk everything they have to save others. We watch people dying and work to save them. We hear a shout for help and we jump no matter what time it is, what the weather is like, or how we are feeling. Helping people is our job, scratch that it is our lives and we wouldn’t trade it for the world. Many people call us heroes when they see us work but we aleays say we aren’t heroes we are just doing our job. I could never ask for a more rewarding job than that of a firefighter/emt.
